Boy Scouts Troops participating in the food drive will deliver bags used to collect donations the week prior to the food drive. Then, they'll collect the filled bags early the morning of November 6 and deliver the non-perishable items to the Food Bank of Corpus Christi.

The Food Bank of Corpus Christi is proud to present the 23rd Annual Share Your Christmas Food Drive: a South Texas tradition. Hosted by KIII-TV, the food drive is held at three local locations, including the KIII studios, the H-E-B at Port & Tarlton, the H-E-B Plus at Saratoga & Staples and one rural location, to be determined. The event starts a 5:30 a.m. and runs until 6:00 p.m.

The biennial fundraising dinner is held to support and expand the Food Bank of Corpus Christi's Kid's Cafe and backpack programs, serving hundreds of area children. Once again, the event will be held at the Ortiz Center. Entertainment is yet to be determined.
